李树成，男，汉族，1950年6月生于江苏省阜宁县。大学毕业，军队高级工程师，总部专家组成员，军区工程系高级职称评审委委员。中国美术家协会会员，中国艺术交流学会副主席，中国文化艺术发展联合会副主席，文化部山水创作院青岛分院副院长，青岛汉海国画院常务副院长。被中华人民美术网特聘为‘书画家’，被牛津艺术学院特聘为‘研究生导师。
业绩及成就收录于《世界优秀专家人才名典》，《中国专家大辞典》，《中国艺术家大典》，《中国书画家大辞典新版.当代卷》等。作品发表于‘義之书画报’，‘中国名人名家书画报’。被‘中华全国书画家联合会’，‘革命历史博物馆’，‘中国高级书画家协会’，‘ApEc.中华艺术博物馆’等单位收藏。
2016年6月，应邀参加海峡两岸书画名家作品展: 同年12月，应邀参加‘国家艺术频道.（2103期）全国书画名家展’: 同年12月 ，在国家画院参加‘优秀人民书画家作品成果展’。

Li Shucheng, male and Han nationality, was born in Funing County of Jiangsu Province in June 1950. Graduated from University, senior engineer of army, member of expert group of headquarters, member of evaluation committee of senior title of Engineering Department of military area engineering. Member of Chinese Artists Association, vice chairman of China art exchange society, vice chairman of Chinese culture and Art Development Federation, vice president of Qingdao branch of Landscape Architecture Institute of Ministry of culture, executive vice president of Qingdao Chinese Painting Academy of Han hai. He was specially appointed as "painter and calligrapher" by the Chinese people's fine arts network, and was specially appointed as a graduate supervisor by the Oxford art institute.
